Annette Yates Burrows Church 1930 ~ 2009 Our dear mother, sister and friend Annette Yates Burrows Church died on August 22, 2009 in Sacramento, CA from a sudden heart attack. Annette was born June 4, 1930 to Jesse Kimball Burrows and Lydia Fairbanks Yates Burrows in SLC, UT. She was the oldest of nine children. She was an avid learner and enjoyed her years at Granite High and U of U. Annette married John G. Church, Ph.D. (later divorced). By coincidence they passed away one day apart. Their children are Val, Andrea Gough, Jennifer, Steve (Simonetta) Belant, and Michele (Ralph) Virgen of Sacramento and three grands and six greats. Throughout her life Annette enjoyed Tabernacle Choir music, being a school librarian, being a conversationalist, Utah canyons, her Utah roots and most of all her family. She was a wonderful big sister and will be sorely missed. Annette loved life! Survived by siblings, Leah (Jesse) Poulsen, Roy Spjut, Marvin (Shirla) Burrows, Naomi (Lynn) Foote, Nancy (Edward) Wright, Mary (John) Robison, Frances Nelson, Becky Burrows and Inez Paddock. Proceeded in death by sister, Abbie Spjut. Annette and John's services will be in California. Family and friends are invited to share memories at Naomi's home on Tues. Sept 1, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at 393 East 8400 South, Sandy, UT.Condolences for John ***** for Annette: *****
