Myron "Andy" Anderson 1942 ~ 2010 Our amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend, Myron Emil "Andy" Anderson, unexpectedly left this earthly life the afternoon of Sunday, January 3, 2010. Andy was truly a giant among men. He lived his life in highest accordance with his beliefs - that loyalty, integrity, and hard work are essential in leading a successful and happy life. Andy was born March 21, 1942 in Logan, UT to Clyde and Wanda Anderson. He grew up in Salt Lake City, and graduated from Granite High School in 1960. Immediately after his graduation, Andy joined the Utah National Guard. He attended the University of Utah and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1965, and received his Masters of Physical Therapy from Stanford University in 1966. He married the love of his life, Joyce Bingham Willmore, on July 20, 1983. After over 26 years of marriage, they were one another's best friends and still deeply in love. Andy will be remembered as a man of many talents. His entrepreneur's spirit as he started and developed two successful businesses; Active Marketing and Thread and Ink Design. His innate athleticism; from playing fast-pitch softball to swinging a golf club. But mostly he will be remembered for his ability to build life long friendships. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Bingham Anderson, his son, Rhett Anderson and his wife Lori, his daughter, Kristen Ricks and her husband Mike, his step-son Terry Willmore, his father, Clyde Anderson, his sisters, Maxine Yagues and Debbie DeLaMare and his brother Gordon Anderson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren who have precious memories of their Grandpa Andy. Whether it was golfing, swimming, fishing, or his abundant teasing, he loved to spend time with each of them. Grandpa Andy always was and will continue to be one of their greatest heroes. Andy is preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Anderson, his father-in-law, Ross Bingham, his step-son, Eric Willmore, and his brother, Ronald Anderson.
